About Emma

Emma Spina® was born in Birmingham, Alabama spending every summer, spring break, or long weekend escaping to the great sunshine state of Florida. Once she graduated from Auburn University with a bachelor degree, she headed out west to San Diego where she studied real estate and taught aerial yoga. She resided there for five years before realizing she left her heart by the beaches in Florida.

She moved to the Tampa Bay area in 2017 where she has been building her family and network. She has recently joined the team at Coldwell Banker who provides unparalleled services in the industry offering loyalty, legacy, and the technological tools necessary to facilitate in the fastest transactions to secure your new home.

During her free time, you can find her hanging at the dog park, attending any live music event, or volunteering with the local food bank. She hopes that you'll decide to choose her in your home search where at CB "Dreams come Home".
